The location was really good for exploring Newcastle. I struggled with the shared bathroom door that didn’t close properly. The room was excessively hot due to the heating being left on when it was already warm outside. It was hard to get a good night's sleep because of that. I also had to deal with check-in questions regarding identification, which I found unusual. some updates and attention to detail would elevate the experience significantly.
